I was referred to Ronald from a couple of the guys down south. We have a 20-bed facility, so we don't need a lot. Ronald's team within six months raided everything, and we honestly couldn't be happier. We had a very average website, we had a poor online presence, we had a couple of negative reviews that were hurting us, and all of these things were fixed up by Ronald and his team. We used all of his senior living digital marketing services; it was good replaced with the results. The biggest thing for us was removing the negative reviews because, as everyone in this industry knows, you can't control everything. And Ron helped shine a light on that that was not fair for us and we were being penalized for something that was out of our control. So Ronald and his team took care of the online management and fixed it.

I worked primarily with Scott, Tim and Doug to build a fairly complicated site: Paypal/credit card payments, video training modules, a graded quiz, and issuance of a completion certificate. They were the only website company that invited me to an in-person meeting and that was tremendously helpful in me understanding how they work and them understanding my goals. Large Animal Consulting & Education launched 2 days ago and the site is running smoothly. I'm very happy with the site they designed (they also designed my logos) and am looking forward to using them to support and add to the site down the road.

absolute trash of a company. DO NOT believe them DONOT APPLY hidden fees make you pay for a "course" that consists of just 2 questions per lesson and each lesson is nothign but a title and thats it u basically answer the name of the title. then they tell u just get this caertificate pay for it then reach out to IT and well send your equipment. Nope IT tells you have to pay for your own software up to 200dlls that supposedly will be refunded. No answer Ive been messaging the "hr supervisor" no answer in days. Through temas nothign either and just recevied a message sayign youre pending this to finish onboarding didnt bother to read my complain. Its a sham.

Would have given less than one star if there was any such option. Pathetic service to say the least. Completely let down by the way they treat the customers. Overpromised and Underdelivered. If you want to bring your business to halt, it you wish to sacrifice your goals & targets, these are the ideal people to partner with. I had very low expectations from them but they surprised by failing to deliver on them too. I would highly recommend any sane person to avoid doing business with them.
