Really enjoyable evening, although I did pig out on free chocolates! I had never participated in a focus group before and as is always the case you never know quite what to expect. I thought the whole evening was well managed and as a group we got on excellently and everyone contributed to the discussions. Actually in the current political circumstances it was a positively life affirming experience. I had done some research beforehand and considered what some of the points for discussion might be and I felt that that paid off but I did not feel that that was altogether necessary. So, thank you Vision One Research, everyone I dealt with was thoroughly professional, helpful and empathetic.

Really poor customer service process. The people who answer the phone are nice and positive. But, the truth is, you're not actually allowed to talk to anyone. I simply wanted to discuss their service offerings before I submitted a request. I find it useful to check alignment before putting effort into a detailed request. I called four times. First time, no one was available to talk and I was offered a call back. The call back didn't happen. Second time, I was just repeatedly told I had to fill in the online form, despite having told them I wanted to have a brief chat first. Third time my call was cut off without explanation. Fourth time, the person I spoke to was very helpful and tenacious, called through to a number of people, no one would talk - I was offered a call back in half an hour. It didn't happen. It seems to me that the reception team are repeatedly let down by the experts in the back office - typical poor implementation of a customer service process. The reception make promises that the professionals don't/can't/won't fulfil. It gives a very poor impression of an organisation. I spoke to a number of other market research agencies and they were all easy to get hold of and happy to have an initial chat. This lot - couldn't get through to them. It's a joke, as they have a number on their website - why have a number on your website if people actually can't do anything useful when calling that number. Even if they call me back now, I won't deal with them. Their credibility and professinalism is poor.

It's very rare I leave a bad review for any company but making an exception for Kantar who repeatedly continue to miss manage us as a client, are rude and changed fundamental features on their software whilst we were in contract and then complain when we aren't happy when the software isn't then suitable for our needs. No one has taken responsibility over this matter and Ive had numerous emails simply ignored.

I am an employee who cannot log into my account. The operator refused to help me, said I need to contact my manager(I don't know who that is) or respond to the email I got. I responded 3 days ago and no response. There is no name on that email and the number I tried calling gets disconnected. The operator said "I don't know what else to tell me, good luck" AND LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! THAT IS NO WAY TO TREAT AN EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER

They placed an Ad on Craigslist recruiting people to do voice data collection for one of their products that uses siri. They Advertised they will pay $60. Every time you ask them about the money, They start trying to use a secret they think they know about you to avoid paying. They sent me about 8 forms to fill out for the $60 including the I-9 form and a w-2 form for $60. I was scheduled to be there at 9am for the study and was on time. They said 12 to 15 business days for $60. I filled papers and sent them. As I was approaching the building something was like this company be killing people and their a front for a government agency. I ignored it cause I needed the $60. I sent the paper work Oct 29th and received an email on Nov 15 saying I need to resubmit the papers. I am suppose to be receiving the money by Nov 19. IM I suppose to wait another 12-15 business days? This company is preying on people who are low on cash and participate to get cash. These people got my ss#, is picture, and voice recording that They alter and use for something else. I want my $60. UPDATE: I did receive a gift card but to AMAZON. When I signed up they stated they pay cash either through direct deposit, cash app, or visa master gift card/ nothing about any amazon. I wanted cash, like they said they would pay.

Google suspended our Bathrooms company business profile after we’d spent a lot of time and money on websites and advertising. This was fatal for us as we are a local company needing to be found by potential clients.I carried out an appeal myself and failed twice.Dejected and in a panic I searched for experts and came across the London Marketing company.Called at 8.20am and spoke to Tristan who discussed and sent me some info.I had to pay upfront which initially was a worry as I didn’t know them but took a chance.Tristan went straight to work with an appeal.It was a very frustrating time for us and Google are very slow to respond.Tristan stuck with the process which took around a month with several appeals and information.The difference being he knew how to go about the process and had direct access to Google.I’m very pleased to say he got us reinstated along with all our reviews and information still intact.I can thoroughly recommend the service, it won’t be instant and it comes with a financial cost but it’s small fish when your business isn’t visible.Tristan responded well throughout the whole process.If you’re in a similar position to where we were and are a genuine company then Tristan and his Team can sort it out.Thanks Guys!
