  • Project Brief: To transform a legacy payment platform into a cohesive digital banking ecosystem, featuring a credible market-facing presence and a scalable product architecture that helps international businesses navigate payments and cross-border operations through a clearer, more intuitive digital experience.

Emerald24 is a UK-based fintech company offering digital banking and payment solutions for businesses operating internationally. As the company expanded its product ecosystem and market presence, its existing digital experience no longer reflected the maturity of the business.

Goodface partnered with Emerald24 to redesign both the banking product experience and the corporate website — covering web and mobile interfaces, onboarding flows, product structure, brand consistency, and a new marketing website.

The redesign began with information architecture. Goodface restructured how Emerald24's services were presented, organizing products around how international businesses actually evaluate and adopt financial tools. This reduced friction at every decision point and gave prospective clients a faster path to understanding what the platform offered.

Rather than a generic corporate template, the website was designed as a working business instrument. Navigation is deliberate. Messaging is precise. Content is organized around real business problems — cross-border operations, multi-currency accounts, international payroll — making the value immediately legible to the right audience.

Goodface built the website on a scalable architecture, allowing new pages, products, and market-specific content to be launched without disrupting the existing experience. Consistent brand logic across web and mobile means the product and the market presence now reinforce each other rather than contradict.

Every design decision in Emerald24's new digital presence points toward the same outcome: getting out of the way so business can happen. Goodface takes the complexity seriously so the client doesn't have to.
