Online pet marketplace Chewy is giving away a one-year supply of free pet food for its “Blue Ticket” campaign set to promote its Autoship feature.
Autoship allows customers to conveniently schedule repeat deliveries, with users getting 5% off future orders.
Chewy is also giving first-time Autoship customers a 35% discount on top of the 5% discount on future deliveries, without an annual subscription requirement.

Created by Chewy Studios, this creative marketing initiative not only helps the brand create awareness for its Autoship feature but also helps it engage with its customers and gather feedback.
“We love hearing from our customers how excited their pets get when their Chewy box arrives at their doorstep,” Chewy Chief Brand Officer Orlena Yeung told DesignRush.
“This is especially true with our Autoship customers who enjoy having automatic deliveries based on their busy schedules. We want to celebrate these special pets and pet parents with a gift of free food for a year — something we know they’ll appreciate deeply.”
How to Win a Blue Ticket
Ten lucky customers get a chance to win a Blue Ticket by dropping a comment about what they “love the most about Autoship” on any of Chewy’s latest Instagram and Facebook posts.
All customers in the U.S. who used Autoship between June 9, 2023, and June 9, 2024, are eligible to join.

Each Blue Ticket is worth $1,000, enough for a year of free pet food.
Customers will receive their winning tickets in the mail.
