With the premiere just around the corner, Deadpool & Wolverine unveiled its newest promotional campaign that would have Marvel fans and popcorn lovers at the edge of their seats.
In a 45-second video, Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds revealed the new "Deadpool & Wolverine Popcorn Bucket," designed by none other than Deadpool himself.

The spot, set to the theme of the film "2001: A Space Odyssey," was made in the likeness of traditional product reveals — of course, with a dash of Reynolds' brand of comedy.
Throughout the ad, the Wolverine mask-shaped bucket, with mouth agape is seen caressed by the charismatic mercenary. Popcorn falls in slow motion, as butter drips throughout the figure.
"Years from now they will look back at 2024 as the year the War of the Popcorn Buckets began," Reynolds captioned in his Instagram post.

The ad has gone viral since it was posted, garnering millions of views and interactions across social media channels and third-party pop media outlets.
"The announcements today are crazy good," one user wrote.
Deadpool's Marketing
Made with Reynolds' agency Maximum Effort, the latest from the franchise is just one of its many initiatives in generating hype for the upcoming movie, which hits the cinemas on July 26.
Previously, they teamed up with Heineken to create a hilarious spot starring both Reynolds and his co-star Hugh Jackman as their Marvel characters.
In the spot, they make the world-famous Heineken Silver beer using Wolverine's adamantium claws, highlighting its premier taste and quality.
