adidas Originals has teamed up with collaborative design studio JJJJound for a new capsule collection, enlisting the help of legendary football manager José Mourinho to showcase the pieces.
In a 70-second spot titled "Downtime with José," the AS Roma Manager answers a series of questions about the two brands and about how he spends his time.
Here, the manager reveals that he is not a fan of downtime and that his hometown Setubal is the only place in the world where people look at him and treat him as one of them.

He also gives his take on how to pronounce "Jjjjound" and shares his special connection with the popular sneaker brand as a "proud adidas guy."
Throughout the advert, viewers get glimpses of Mourinho's hometown in Portugal as he sports pieces from the new collection.
It serves as an ode to the legacy of the Sambas behind sport and culture.
Behind the Collection
Adidas and Jjjjound's latest "Off-Court" capsule includes unique pieces that play with one of the sportswear giant's most popular silhouettes, the Adidas Sambas.
It also includes a black tracksuit, with Adidas' iconic three stripes motif subtly draping over the sleeves, as well as a co-branded football with the Jjjjound logo.
Anticipated by sneaker enthusiasts, the brand collaboration also includes the JJJJound Sambas in a new "Tobacco" colorway, featuring varying textured suedes in different shades of brown.

In addition, the capsule offers a new soccer jersey in an all-white design, as well as a sleek black nylon bag.
The adidas x JJJJound collection is available now on both brands' websites.
Previously, adidas also launched a campaign highlighting another one of its iconic sneakers, the Stan Smith, starring none other than the man the shoe was named after.
The one-minute "Dime x adidas Stan Smith" hero ad also features skateboarders Nora Vasconcellos and Hugo Balek, as well as music producer Darude, as they play a tennis match using skateboards.
