The 105-second trailer is a visual and auditory feast, with its distinct color and sound highlighting the Hawaiian culture.
Familiar characters Moana, Maui, Sina, Chief Tai, Heihei, and Pua appear as we see exciting snippets of their new adventure setting sail across the vast ocean.
“This is a call from the ancestors to sail to new skies and reconnect our people across the entire ocean,” Moana says.

On top of amazing sea creatures, we are also treated to visuals of a new monster and the return of the Kakamora.
The trailer ends on a comedic note, with Maui shapeshifting from a dolphin and an eagle to his familiar human form, catching Heihei and Pua as boat snacks.
“Bacon and eggs? Why didn’t you bring the pig last time?” Maui asks.
